Thermal imaging

The thermal imaging sensor has a resolution of 640×512 Px, a focal length of 19 mm and a frame rate of 30 frames per second. When an abnormal heat source is detected, a quick and accurate alert response is also possible.

High-precision laser range finder

The range of the ZT30 optical Pod is 1200m and the measurement accuracy is 0.1m. Accurate coordinates can be obtained in real-time, even in high-risk operational Areas.



The ZT30 is equipped with a 4K Sony 1/2.7″ image sensor, which gives 180x hybrid zoom and 30x optical zoom. In addition, a 2K wide-angle camera is built in. This provides a clear, wide view and the ability to take panoramic photos. Photos taken with the ZT30 receive GPS location information and a time stamp.

Unlimited axis rotation

The ZT30 rotates infinitely. When mounted under drones or VTOL aircraft, the ZT30 provides 360° visibility. The SIYI quick release is compatible with the ZR30, so you can change cameras as needed.


Gimbal control

SIYI Optical Pods offer broad compatibility with any unmanned platform. Communication can be via SBUS, Ethernet, UDP and UART (with SIYI SDK) or popular open source protocols such as those used by Ardupilot COMUNITY or Mavlink. (Mavlink control is under development and will be supported in the future).

  • Focus tracking: even when scaling the image, the camera maintains focus and records smooth videos.
  • HDR: precise capture of light and shadow details > true colors and natural brightness.
