More efficient energy conversion
The ultra-thin stator core reduces magnetic loss, improving energy conversion and lowering heat generation. According to the manufacturer’s testing, this construction provides an efficiency improvement of approximately 0.1–0.2 g/W compared with 0802 motors using a 0.15 mm stator core. This is especially valuable in lightweight 1S builds where control and flight time both matter.
