SpeedyBee F405 AIO V2 35/40A Bluejay 25.5x25.5 3-6S Flight Controller combines an STM32F405 flight controller, 4-in-1 ESC and OSD on one compact board. Available in lightweight 35A and CNC-protected 40A versions, it adds Bluetooth configuration, 5V and 9V BEC outputs, four UARTs and direct digital VTX connectivity for compact cinewhoops, long-range quads and lightweight FPV builds.

Building a compact FPV drone often means fighting for every millimetre of space. SpeedyBee F405 AIO V2 brings the flight controller, 4-in-1 ESC and OSD together on a single 25.5 x 25.5 mm board, reducing the number of separate modules and connections inside the frame. The V2 design also introduces a revised solder-pad layout, dedicated power for video equipment, wireless configuration and two hardware variants, allowing the board to be matched more closely to lightweight or higher-current builds.

Built Around Modern Digital FPV Systems

SpeedyBee redesigned the F405 AIO V2 to make digital FPV installation cleaner and easier. The repositioned USB-C port helps reduce the required stack height, while the dedicated 9 V output and direct O4 connection can eliminate the need for an additional external power module. This simplifies wiring and leaves more usable space inside compact FPV frames.

Dedicated Power Where It Matters

The dual-BEC design provides a dedicated 9 V supply for the video transmitter while keeping the remaining electronics on their own regulated power path. VTX power can also be controlled through RC channel mapping, allowing the transmitter to be switched off during configuration or servicing when video transmission is not required.

Cleaner Sensor Data and Better Physical Protection

The F405 AIO V2 uses an ICM-42688P gyro with dedicated power filtering designed to reduce the influence of electrical noise on sensor operation. SpeedyBee also applies a protective coating to the electronics, while the 40 A CNC version adds a metal enclosure for additional protection around the board.

Cleaner Wiring and Easier Soldering

The F405 AIO V2 uses a redesigned solder-pad layout with the main functional connections positioned on the same side of the board. This makes wiring easier to plan and keeps installation more organised, especially when connecting several peripherals such as a receiver, GPS, VTX, camera, buzzer or LED strip.

Wireless Tuning Without Constant USB Access

Wireless connectivity with the SpeedyBee App makes everyday configuration and tuning more convenient once the drone is assembled. Supported settings and firmware-related functions can be accessed without repeatedly connecting the controller to a computer, while integrated LED strip support adds another option for customising the final build.

The 35A version has no CNC enclosure and is rated for 35A continuous / 40A peak per motor channel. The CNC version has a dual-sided metal enclosure and increases the rating to 40A continuous / 45A peak per channel. It is also heavier: 12.8g instead of 8.9g.

Yes. SpeedyBee shows the DJI O4 Air Unit in the official wiring diagram and provides a dedicated 6-pin Air Unit connector plus solder pads and 9V power output for compatible digital-video installations.

SpeedyBee recommends it mainly for 3.5–5-inch cinewhoops, long-range builds and lightweight quads. It can potentially fit smaller builds, but below 3.5 inches the manufacturer specifically recommends checking available frame clearance before buying.

No. The board includes the flight controller, integrated 4-in-1 ESC and OSD, but the RC receiver and video transmitter are separate components. The AIO provides dedicated pads and connectors so you can install the receiver and video system appropriate for your build.

Yes. Bluetooth BLE and SpeedyBee wireless firmware-update support allow many configuration and maintenance tasks to be handled through the SpeedyBee ecosystem without connecting USB each time. USB-C remains available for wired access.

Yes. SpeedyBee strongly recommends using the included 470µF low-ESR capacitor on the battery input to help protect the AIO from voltage spikes during power-up.
