Holybro PM02D Power Module – Smart Digital Power Management for Pixhawk 5X/6X Systems

The Holybro PM02D Power Module is a compact and highly accurate digital power solution designed for Pixhawk-based flight control systems. It provides real-time voltage and current monitoring via I2C, ensuring reliable power delivery and precise battery telemetry for safe and efficient flight operations. Compatible with Pixhawk 5X and 6X controllers, it is an essential component for professional UAV builds, offering stable power regulation and enhanced system awareness in demanding aerial applications.

The Holybro PM02D 12S Power Module is Integral with CubePilot and Ardupilot

The Holybro PM02D 12S Power Module provides regulated power to the Pixhawk® 5X and 6X from the battery, as well as measurements of current and voltage consumption, all through a 6-pin cable. The built-in switching regulator outputs 5.2 V and a maximum of 3 A from LiPo batteries up to 6S (LV) or 12S (HV). The power module is fully assembled, with XT60 connectors and wrapped in heat shrink tubing for protection against physical damage.

It is not designed to power servos, please use your aircraft's ESC/BEC for that. The Molex 2.00mm pitch CLIK-Mate Wire-to-Board connector is rated for 3.0A current per contact.

Holybro PM02D 12S Power Module Current Rating

The PM02D comes with XT60 plugs with 14 AWG silicone wires rated for 30A continuous current and 60A burst current (<1 minute). If a higher current is needed, the plug type and wire size should be changed accordingly. You can refer to this chart as reference.
