Fibre Optic Ground Module

The Fibre Optic Ground Module moves your FPV link off the radio waves and onto optical fibre. You keep flying with the radio you know, because the module simply slides into its JR bay, and you watch the analog feed on the screen you already own. With the signal running through fibre instead of the air, jamming and interference on that stretch of the link stop being a worry, so you can focus on the flight itself.

Fibre Optic Ground Module — Control and Video over Fibre

The Fibre Optic Ground Module is the ground side of a fibre-optic FPV link. It mounts in the JR bay of your RC radio, and the control signal to the drone and the video from the drone travel over optical fibre instead of radio. Video comes out as analog on two outputs, BNC and RCA, so you can connect a monitor or goggles with an AV input. The module is powered through an XT60 connector and also has JST-SH 3-pin and 4-pin ports.

Fibre Optic Ground Module Key Features

Fits Your Radio

The module slides into the JR bay of your RC radio. The radio and the ground module become one unit in your hands.

A Link Without Radio

Between the ground module and the drone, signals travel over optical fibre, not radio. That stretch of the link cannot be jammed and is not affected by electromagnetic interference.

Two Video Outputs

Analog video comes out on both a BNC and an RCA connector. You can connect the screen you already have, whichever of the two plugs it uses.
