The MATEN 5.8G 5W VTX PRO is a high-performance VTX newly developed by the GEPRC team. With five adjustable power options, it delivers up to 5000mW of power, ensuring stable signal transmission and excellent penetration. Built with a high-strength CNC aluminum alloy shell, the MATEN 5.8G 5W VTX PRO offers superior heat dissipation and impact resistance. Its sleek design features a fan cooling function for optimal performance, while the built-in microphone transmits real-time audio from the FPV drone.Supporting the IRC Tramp protocol, it allows you to adjust parameters through OSD. It operates within a voltage range of 7-36V and includes temperature protection to prevent overheating and damage. With 80 transmission channels and two mounting options, 20x20mm (M2) and 25.5×25.5mm (M2), it’s the perfect VTX for any build.

GEPRC MATEN 5.8G 5W VTX PRO - Built for Maximum FPV Control

Power up to 5000mW

Provides stable video transmission even during longer-distance flights. High output power increases range and connection reliability in demanding FPV conditions.

80 channels 4.9–5.8GHz

Support for 80 channels ensures broad compatibility with various FPV goggles and receivers. The 4.9–5.8GHz range makes it easier to choose a stable band for different flight environments.

CNC aluminum housing

The solid CNC aluminum housing effectively dissipates heat during high-power operation. Its durable construction improves shock resistance and reliability during intensive use.

IRC Tramp control via OSD

IRC Tramp protocol allows convenient VTX setting changes without direct access to the module. Parameters can be controlled through the flight controller OSD, making pre-flight setup faster and easier.

To ensure trouble-free operation, the GEPRC MATEN 5.8G 5W VTX PRO requires compliance with several key rules.

Installing antenna before use.
Flying with constant airflow and under a well-ventilated environment to prevent overheating. Install a cooling fan if operating in confined conditions.
The 5V Output is for a Camera/Cooling Fan use only! Do not connect the battery input to the 5V Output, severe damage will occur to VTX.
