RadioMaster AX12 Android Radio Controller ELRS expands the capabilities of a conventional transmitter with RadioMasterOS based on Android 9.0. It lets users control models, monitor telemetry, configure supported systems, and run compatible mission-planning or utility applications without relying on a separate phone or tablet. Integrated ExpressLRS, HDMI input and output, advanced model programming, and open app support make it suitable for FPV flying, professional imaging, autonomous platforms, and complex custom RC projects.
5.5-Inch Touchscreen
The 1280 × 720 HD IPS display provides a sharp view of settings, telemetry, compatible apps, and supported video feeds. Its 1000-nit brightness improves visibility outdoors, while the responsive touchscreen makes navigation and field adjustments faster and more intuitive.
X5 Hall Gimbals
X5 gimbals use contactless Hall sensors to deliver smooth and stable stick input. They support precise flying, filming, and control of complex models, while the removable stick ends can be stored directly inside the transmitter when required.
Integrated ExpressLRS
The built-in LR1121-based module supports operation on 2.4 GHz or Sub-G 900 MHz, depending on the selected configuration and compatible receiver. It provides up to 16 control channels and supports Wi-Fi OTA firmware updates for convenient system maintenance.
Integration with Tuning and Mission Apps
RadioMasterOS can run compatible configuration, telemetry, and mission-planning applications directly on the transmitter display. Wi-Fi MAVLink passthrough supports workflows with applications such as QGroundControl and Betaflight Configurator, reducing the need to carry a separate phone or laptop.
