T-Motor AUZ20×11 Fixed-Wing Carbon Fiber Propeller
The T-Motor AUZ20×11 Fixed-Wing Carbon Fiber Propeller is for fixed-wing pilots who want long, economical missions. Airfoils refined in CFD and matched to T-Motor AT motors make cruise more efficient, so your UAV stays in the air longer on the same battery. A light, stiff carbon and PMI foam build handles frost, heat and salty air, flight after flight.

T-Motor AUZ20×11 Fixed-Wing Carbon Fiber Propeller — Long, Economical Cruise
The T-Motor AUZ20×11 is a two-blade propeller with a 20-inch (508mm) diameter and a 11-inch (279.4mm) pitch, made for electric fixed-wing UAVs, flying wings and VTOL aircraft. It is molded in one piece from resin-based carbon fiber composite with a PMI foam core, weighs 50g and has a matte finish. It mounts on a 10mm motor shaft with central locking. T-Motor recommends running it at up to 8150RPM and 14.4kg of thrust, with a limit of 9300RPM and 18kg, and pairs it with its AT5230, AT5330 or AT7215 motors. You get one propeller.

Airfoils Designed for Electric Fixed-Wing UAVs
T-Motor developed the AUZ airfoils specifically for electric fixed-wing UAVs. They raise aerodynamic efficiency and reduce noise at the same time. Every profile was verified in CFD flow simulation down to individual blade sections, so the aerodynamics are optimized along the whole length of the blade.

Tuned for Efficient Cruise
Every pitch in the AUZ series is optimized for its own airspeed range. When you choose the pitch that matches your flight envelope, the propeller works at its highest efficiency at the speed you actually cruise at, so the battery goes further.

Quick and Precise Response
T-Motor optimized the center of gravity and reduced the rotational inertia of the blade. The propeller speeds up and slows down faster, and in the manufacturer’s comparison with a standard propeller its thrust follows throttle changes more closely. That means more precise flight control.

Stronger, Stiffer Structure
The carbon layup is designed for the conditions of fixed-wing flight. Prepreg, a PMI foam core and one-piece molding give a balance of low weight, high stiffness and high strength, so the blade resists deformation and lasts longer.

Bending and Torsion Resistant Layup
Fiber orientation and ratio are chosen to maximize strength and stiffness.

Prepreg Compression Molding
The propeller is formed in one piece, with porosity below 1% for stable, reliable quality.

PMI Foam Core
A light, high-strength core adds stiffness while keeping the total weight down.
How the AUZ Series Is Made
Behind every AUZ propeller are CNC-machined molds, composite molding presses, and testing and validation of the finished parts.

T-Motor AUZ20×11 Fixed-Wing Carbon Fiber Propeller Key Features
Matched to AT Motors
Chord length and angle of attack are matched to the RPM and torque of T-Motor AT motors. The whole power system uses less energy, so you get more flight time.
Light and Stiff
Carbon fiber with a PMI foam core, 50g for a 20-inch propeller. Low weight and high stiffness help the blade keep its shape under load.
Ready for Harsh Conditions
Rated from −30°C to 60°C (without icing on the surface) and resistant to moisture, salt spray and UV. Field missions don’t have to wait for perfect weather.
Clear Thrust Limits
Recommended up to 14.4kg of thrust at 8150RPM, with a limit of 18kg at 9300RPM. Clear numbers make it easy to size your power system.
