HDZero AIO15
HDZero AIO15 — More Power for Digital Whoops
The HDZero AIO15 is, according to the manufacturer, the world's first all-in-one digital FPV flight system designed specifically for 2S-3S tiny whoops and micro freestyle builds. One 31.3x31.3mm board combines an STM32G473 flight controller with an ICM42688 gyro, an HDZero 5.8GHz digital video transmitter (25mW/200mW), a serial ExpressLRS 2.4GHz receiver (ELRS 3.0), a BlueJay 4-in-1 ESC rated at 15A continuous and 18A peak (3 seconds) per motor, and a 5V/1A BEC, plus on-board voltage and current sensing. It runs on 2S-3S packs from 3.5V to 13V, which lets you build bind-and-fly 80mm whoops weighing under 33.4g. The camera connects with a single wire (HD composite instead of a MIPI cable), so the board works with the HDZero Lux and Eco cameras. It mounts on 25.5x25.5mm M2 holes, fits popular whoop frames and weighs 7.2g with motor plugs.
Key Features of the HDZero AIO15
15A 4-in-1 ESC
BlueJay firmware, 15A continuous and 18A peak (3 seconds) per motor, DShot600 ready, with the headroom for higher-current motors.
2S-3S Power
Runs on 2S or 3S packs from 3.5V to 13V through the included XT30 power cable.
HDZero Digital Video
A built-in HDZero 5.8GHz transmitter with 25mW and 200mW output, channels R1-R8, F2/F4 and L1-L8, and a U.FL antenna connector.
ExpressLRS 2.4GHz On Board
A serial ExpressLRS 3.0 receiver with packet rates from 50Hz to 1000Hz and a pre-soldered wire antenna, no separate receiver needed.
G4 Flight Controller
STM32G473 (170MHz, 512K Flash) with an ICM42688 gyro, running Betaflight on the HDZERO_AIO15 target.
One-Wire Camera Input
HD composite video over a single wire instead of a MIPI cable, compatible with the HDZero Lux and Eco cameras.
5V BEC for Accessories
A 5V/1A output powers the camera and accessories, with dedicated pads for an LED strip and a buzzer.
7.2g Board
7.2g with motor plugs, for bind-and-fly 80mm whoops under 33.4g.
Built on Pilot Feedback
Pilots loved the convenience and low weight of the HDZero AIO5, but wanted more power and more freedom in choosing a battery. The AIO5 is limited to 5A per motor and 1S packs only. The AIO15 keeps the same one-board idea and raises the ESC to 15A (18A peak) and the input to 2S-3S, so you can fly harder, faster and longer with HDZero digital video.
Feature | HDZero AIO5 | HDZero AIO15 |
ESC current per motor | 5A (6A peak) | 15A (18A peak) |

Applications of the HDZero AIO15
The manufacturer recommends the AIO15 for:
- 80mm freestyle whoops
- Lightweight micro drones
- Pilots who want minimal weight with maximum performance
- Builders upgrading from the HDZero AIO5
Frequently Asked Questions About the HDZero AIO15
The AIO15 takes the camera signal over a single wire (HD composite) instead of a MIPI cable, so it works with the HDZero Lux and Eco cameras. HDZero cameras that connect over a MIPI cable are not compatible with this board.
2S or 3S packs, from 3.5V to 13V. The board comes with a power cable fitted with an XT30 connector.
HDZERO_AIO15. Select it in the Betaflight Configurator firmware flasher to update the flight controller.
Either connect the AIO15 to your PC over USB, open Betaflight and click Bind in the Receiver tab, or power-cycle the board three times: power it on, wait for the ELRS LED to light up and turn it off within 2 seconds, then repeat twice more. Then start binding from the ELRS menu on your radio. A solid LED means the bind was successful. Use the ELRS preset that matches your link rate.
With the HDZero VTX Programmer (sold separately). Plug it into the board's VTX FW connector, connect it to a Windows PC and run the HDZero Programmer app, which downloads and flashes the firmware for you.
The board measures 31.3x31.3mm with a 25.5x25.5mm M2 mounting pattern and, according to the manufacturer, fits popular whoop frames. It is designed for 80mm freestyle whoops.

Mounting the Antennas on the HDZero AIO15
ELRS Antenna
The ELRS receiver uses a pre-soldered quarter-wave wire antenna that sits close to the board for a low profile and easy packaging. Before flying, lift it so it keeps at least 3mm of clearance from the board.

VTX Antenna
Mount the VTX antenna pointing outward from the board, not inward across it. The integrated HDZero transmitter needs this layout, because an antenna routed inward sends the video RF signal back to the onboard power amplifier, which causes noise in the video.
